After price confirmation, you can require free samples. We provide samples for free (excluding logo printing or customized colors). Express charges are covered by the buyer. For custom logos, a plate-making fee applies.
Q2. How long can I get the samples?
After confirmation and payment of any applicable fees, samples will be ready in 3-7 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us.
Q3. What about the lead time for mass production?
It depends on the order quantity and the season. Generally, delivery takes between 2 to 4 weeks.
Q4. What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment), Western Union, Escrow, and Trade Assurance.
Q5. How do I start an order with you?
First, share your requirements. We provide a quote and suggestions. Once you confirm samples and place a deposit, we arrange full production.
